To begin using the database simply type in a glycan binding protein name into the keyword box (or leave blank to get all results) and hit "Search"
To view a summary of glycan binding protein binding select "View" for any given result.
To download the models for prediction with MotifFinder select "Download" for any given result.
The results can be sorted by lectin binding to various common motifs using the "Sort Motif" drop down.
